Responsible systems for creator-led media
Clarity, context and responsible media automation.
Verumthea develops internal tools for managing the creator’s own multilingual digital-content workflow and associated YouTube channels. The work is designed around clear authorization, deliberate choices and human oversight.
Understand the applicationApplication purpose
A private, operator-controlled desktop application
Verumthea Media Automation is used to support a bounded workflow for the creator’s own content and authorized YouTube resources. Its intended functions are to:
- authenticate the operator’s own Google account;
- confirm the selected YouTube channel identity;
- manage the operator’s own video publishing workflow;
- manage metadata, captions and other authorized YouTube resources; and
- preserve human approval before any public or scheduled publication.
Google API access
Access begins with an explicit choice
The application uses Google OAuth 2.0. It requests the sensitive YouTube scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl only when the operator explicitly initiates authorization.
Requested access is used only for the operator’s own authorized channels. It is not sold, shared for advertising or used for unrelated profiling. The operator can revoke access through their Google Account at any time.
No public user signup is offered.
Current availability
Controlled development
Verumthea Media Automation is currently an internal application in controlled development. It is not offered as a public SaaS product.
Human governance
Publication decisions remain human-controlled
Automation does not independently approve public publication. Channel selection and publication decisions remain under direct human control.
No approval is inferred from the existence of a file, the passage of time or a successful API response. Each authorized operation remains part of a bounded, operator-reviewed workflow.
